1. Acceptance of these terms
By adding Nexa to a Discord server, using its commands or activating a Premium feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and Nexa's Privacy Policy.
If you configure Nexa on behalf of a server, you confirm that you have the permissions required to do so.
2. Service description
Nexa is a versatile Discord bot offering tools including tickets, moderation, staff management, suggestions, giveaways, automation, store features, GTA RP and Premium features.
Available features may vary depending on server configuration, enabled modules, granted permissions and subscription level.
3. Eligibility and Discord account
You must comply with Discord's terms and the age requirements that apply to your account. Nexa does not replace Discord's rules, policies or decisions.
Nexa will never ask for your Discord password, user token or bot token.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nexa to:
- organize spam, raids, harassment or malicious activity;
- bypass Discord or Nexa limits, permissions or protections;
- attempt unauthorized access to Nexa systems, data, secrets or Premium keys;
- facilitate fraud, scams or illegal activity;
- use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- intentionally disrupt the infrastructure or availability of the service.
5. Responsibilities of owners and administrators
Server owners and administrators are responsible for Nexa's configuration, permissions granted to the bot, enabled modules and how their team uses the service.
Content created through Nexa — announcements, forms, tickets, custom responses, AutoMod rules or other configuration — remains the responsibility of the people who create or publish it.
6. Data and privacy
Nexa processes certain data required for its operation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. That policy describes the categories of data processed, purposes, retention, technical providers and deletion process.
Administrators must use Nexa in a way that complies with Discord rules and the laws that apply to their server and users.
8. Availability, maintenance and updates
Nexa may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, incidents affecting the host, Discord or another technical service.
The team aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee permanent or error-free availability. Features may be fixed, improved, replaced or removed when necessary for security, compliance or project development.
9. Intellectual property
The Nexa name, visual identity, code, documentation and graphics remain the property of their respective rights holders to the extent permitted by law.
Using the bot does not transfer ownership rights in Nexa to you.
10. Suspension or removal of access
Access to Nexa or certain features may be limited or suspended in cases of abuse, fraud, attacks on the service, attempts to bypass protections or significant violations of these terms or applicable Discord rules.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexa is provided “as is.” The Nexa team cannot guarantee that every feature will suit every use case or that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions.
Administrators remain responsible for their Discord server, permissions, backups and decisions made using tools provided by Nexa.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the bot, its features, Nexa Premium, Discord rules or applicable obligations. The latest update date is shown at the top of this page.
